Upgrade Modules receiving payments

The “Pricing rules for subagents” module offers an opportunity for the subagents to specify their own charges by means of some flexible rules.

The “Pricing rules for subagents” table has a quite user-friendly interface. The module’s capability is almost equal to the “Pricing 2.0” module. “Pricing rules for subagents” can be used as part of the “Airline tickets” component only.
